The converters reformat PLink text results and Protein Prospector tab-delimited results to pepXML. These converters are provided as is for Windows 32/64 bit. Source code is included to compile for other operating systems. Compilation requires the MSToolkit. Usage statements are shown when executing the applications from the command line without any arguments. These tools were intended for internal use. If you find them useful, let me know and I’ll prioritize efforts to expand them and make them more user friendly.
