Parameter: enrichment

Overview

For analysis of heavy isotope labeled cross-links using the approach of:

Zelter et al., J Prot Res 2010 Jul 2; 9(7); 3583-3589.

The value must be between 0 and 1 to describe 18O atom percent excess (APE). For example, 0.25 equals 25 APE. Set to 0 to disable enrichment.

Syntax

[Number]

Example

enrichment = 0.25
