Parameter: mono_links_on_xl

Overview

When multiple sites of linkage are available on a peptide, it is possible for that peptide to be linked to a second peptide at one site and contain a mono-link at another site. If such instances are considered rare due to the experimental conditions, this parameter can be disabled to improve computation time.
