Parameter: max_miscleavages

Overview

Number of missed enzyme cleavages allowed. If your digestion enzyme cuts at the same amino acids involved in cross-linking, then this number must be greater than 0 to identify linked peptides. In such cases, a minimum value of 2 is required to identify loop-links.
