Parameter: percolator_file

Overview

DEPRECATED This parameter has been deprecated and is ignored in the current release of Kojak.

Base file name for Kojak results exported for Percolator validation. It is recommended to include the path in the name of the file. Only the base file name is required. Additional annotation indicating the subset (e.g. intra-protein cross-links) and extension will be automatically appended at run-time.

Since version 1.4.0, Percolator file names are automatically derived from the input file names.
